Boca Raton wedding venues

Sharing is caring!

As a Boca Raton wedding photographer I have find myself working at new locations often.  If you are planning a wedding and would like to tie the knot in Boca Raton, you will have no shortage of location choices.  Looking for a wedding venue on the beach?  Check out the Boca Resort Beach Club.  How about a golf club, no problem there are plenty to choose from.  I believe Boca Raton is home to more country clubs than any other place in South Florida.  Part of the reason for this has to do with the fact that Boca Raton is a great place to live.  Residents who choose to live in Boca Raton have access to the finest dining, beautiful beaches, golf courses galore, bike paths and so much more.  People who live in Boca want to live in the lap of luxury.  One way this is possible, is by purchasing homes in country club communities.  Some of these communities offer a lifestyle that could never be obtained anyplace else.  As a way of funding part of these communities is through weddings and special events.  By including beautiful clubs with very attractive ballrooms some of these communities have the ability to host fabulous weddings and events. Working as a Boca Raton wedding photographer I have shot some of my favorite pictures at Boca Raton country clubs.  Unlike other parts of South Florida, Boca Raton doesn’t have as many wedding hotels.  This doesn’t mean there are not hotels in Boca Raton, there are, some of these hotels are also country clubs as well.  When you got through this blog post you will find pictures take all over Boca Raton.

BELOW: I shot this bride and groom picture at The Polo Club of Boca Raton which is one of the areas premier luxury communities.  This location has it all, a small lake which makes for beautiful scenic pictures like the ones in this blog post:  Wedding pictures from the Polo Club of Boca Raton  This picture was taken at my last wedding before Covid shut down the wedding business in South Florida.  This picture was taken by a patch of bamboo trees which was planted on a path to the front entrance of the main clubhouse.  One cool thing about taking pictures at the Polo Club is the fact that you have beautiful picturesque scenery in every direction.  I like to take pictures into the sun so that the sun becomes a back-light.  Doing this also creates beautiful facial lighting.  You can see more pictures from this wedding here: Bride and groom walking at The Polo Club, Check out this bride and groom walking picture taken at The Polo Club of Boca Raton.  Here is another picture from this same wedding, taken while the bride walked down the aisle: Bride walking down the aisle.  This shot was posted on my Instagram feed which is where I post many of my Boca Raton wedding pictures.  From the same wedding, I love this one.  Just Married at The Polo Club of Boca Raton.  Capturing the perfect moment at a Boca Raton wedding is one of my favorite joys of photography.

It this wedding picture looks unique it should.  I shot this Boca Raton wedding picture using a camera that was modified for infrared photography.  As a wedding photographer, I’m always looking for ways to produce unique images that other photographers can’t make.  I love infrared photography because it’s difficult and as a photographer you need to be committed to the craft.  This picture was taken at Woodfield County Club in Boca Raton.  If you are looking for an upscale luxury country club setting for your Boca Raton wedding then you should visit this very pretty location.  The main entrance to the main clubhouse is grandiose and lined with trees.  Behind the main clubhouse is the golf course which provides great scenery for wedding photography.  Here are some more pictures taken at Woodfield County Club in Boca Raton. Wedding ceremony set up at Woodfield Country Club.  This is one of the most beautiful wedding ceremony site pictures taken at this awesome venue.  I shot this one from the clubhouse balcony.   This shot of a Jewish wedding ceremony set up was taken at the same place but from a different angle. Wedding ceremony set up taken through the orange grove. I’m pretty sure the orange grove is no longer there, but there is always an opportunity to get unique pictures at Woodfield Country Club.  This photo was also taken at Woodfield Country Club.  The groom brought his guitar which made for some great pictures.  I always enjoy it when I have props to use during the wedding photo session.  Groom serenading his bride at a Boca Raton wedding.   If you want to see more pictures from a full blog post check out Lauren and Jon’s wedding pictures here.
