This is one of my favorite wedding decor shots taken at Woodfield. I captured this image just before the wedding guest took their seats at the start of wedding ceremony.
I'm glad that I noticed the orange tree while I was getting ready for the wedding ceremony to start. Since the small orange tree not too far away it didn't' take me much time to walk over and make this cool photo of the ceremony site through the tree.
What made this wedding photograph difficult was getting the ceremony set up placed correctly between the oranges. I also had to shoot this at a small F-stop in order to keep everything is sharp focus to get the effect I wanted.
Over the years I have seen many Woodfield Country Club Ceremony decor setups with various decor designs. While all have been beautiful I really liked this one. Woodfield Country Club located in Boca Raton, is a beautiful venue which has a lot to offer for photography. Views include many sparkling lakes and the roaming holes of the championship golf course. The fruiting orange tree was a small part of the vegetable and fruit garden located on the back terrace. I played with the lens focal length and my camera distance to get the right point of view and frame the huppah just right. The huppah is a canopy under which a Jewish couple stand during their wedding ceremony. It consists of a sheet or cloth, sometimes a tallit, stretched over four poles, or sometimes manually held up by attendants to the ceremony. It is meant to symbolize the home that the couple will build together. The huppah and floral arrangements for this beautiful Woodfield Country Club Ceremony was put together by Daniel Events.
