This photo of the bride and groom with the wedding party was taken on the beach in Fort Lauderdale.
After the ceremony the bride and groom decided that they wanted to take some romantic photos on the beach. They also made plans with the entire wedding party to meet on the beach at a certain time. When everyone got together the decided to take some fun group shots. First we shot the entire party as a traditional posed photo. Then we decided to have some fun. First all the guys held up the bride. Next they decided that the bridesmaids should hold up the groom. Well that didn't go over too well, so the guys had to step in to help. This made for a really fun beach photo.
One thing about the Harbor Beach Marriott, They keep the beach perfect. There is never any seaweed or garbage on their beach. Other beaches in South Florida may have seaweed or debris on the sand but not this hotel. I'm always pleased at how clean their beach is. This may not seem like a big deal but no time was spent photo-shopping seaweed out of this picture.
It was very important to the bride to get that evening glow in her beach photos. The light from the setting sun made this an easy task. All that was needed was a little extra help from my flash.
