If you are recently engaged and planning a South Florida wedding then one option for you to investigate is the city of Coral Gables. This wedding picture was taken at one of my favorite wedding venues The Biltmore Hotel. Getting married at the Biltmore Hotel is truly a treat and as a wedding photographer it's one of my favorite places to work. First the grounds are expansive, there are so many great places to create photos at this venue. The only limitation when photographing at the Biltmore is that your will never have enough time to hit all the great photo spots.
One of my favorite features at the Biltmore Hotel is the main pool area, Trust me, there are not many hotels that have a swimming pool that is this unique or as large. Part of the pool has a water fall that creates a rain effect which creates a great photo taking opportunity. Another awesome location is the Covered Walkway which is great for bride and groom portraits. As a wedding photographer, I'm always looking for the best light to take the most flattering photos. This covered walkway created a perfect wide shadow that casts even light on a person's face. However the side lighting also creates drama to enhance any portrait. Behind the ballrooms is a grassy area with a beautiful tree which is a perfect place to incorporate nature into your Biltmore wedding photos. Actually, this wedding was started at the Biltmore then the wedding ceremony and reception took place at the Coral Gables County Club, another beautiful wedding venue. This venue is not as large as the Biltmore, however it is also a great place to plan a Coral Gables Wedding.
