Morikami Engagement Photo Shoot. The is one of my favorite photos from the Morikami. TO get this photo the engaged couple had to walk along the top of a rock wall in order to position themselves into the perfect position under the tree. Shooting on the east coast of South Florida with the sun setting in the west helped to create this beautiful back lit situation.
The left side of the tree with the lighter background gave me the perfect location to place the kissing couple. When walking around the Morikami looking for the perfect photography location I couldn't miss the beautiful dramatic back lit leaves.
The Morikami Museum and Japanese Gardens is a center for Japanese arts and culture located in Delray Beach, Florida. The Museum have a wonderful display of Japanese artwork and other interesting exhibits.
In addition to being a great place for engagement photo shoots the Morikami is also a beautiful place to have a wedding. Wedding ceremonies usually take place in front of the picture perfect lake. With the Morikami's collection of waterfalls, bridges, Bamboo Trees and Japanese styled buildings there is no shortage of shooting locations.
