As a South Florida Event Photographer I often get the opportunity to photograph some very famous people. This event at the Boca Raton Resort and Club had the famous Gladys Knight perform. When a client hires me for a corporate event I don't always know who I'm going to photograph or what type of special guests will attend. Because of this I need to be ready for anything. Often I'm asked to photograph a Party or Awards Dinner. I'm usually told that there will be some type of performance and that I should be ready to shoot the performer.
Photographing Gladys Knight was really a treat. Because I couldn't interfere with her performance I had to photograph her quickly and discretely which meant using a long fast lens mixed with some bounce flash. Having been based in South Florida for over 15 years, I have provided photography for many types of companies and other clients. Because of my years of photographic education, and having worked for some of the most famous photographers in the world I have developed the skills to handle any type of situation. As a Florida event photographer I need to be prepared for any type of lighting and any type of event. Sometimes I'm required to be as noticeable as a fly on the wall if the event takes place during a quiet speech, other times I'm required to walk around and capture fun images of as many people as possible.

I'm also experienced in photographing and printing at the event. Usually we will be asked to photograph couples or guests with a famous person and have photo ready for pick up by the end of the event. This is often referred to as step and repeat
