One of the things I love most about photographing weddings and corporate events is discovering the artistry that exists far beyond the people in the room. This photograph was taken during an elegant event at a Miami hotel. While I don't recall the exact name of this dessert, I remember stopping for a moment because of how beautifully it was presented. The soft green mousse dome resting on a bed of fresh pineapple immediately caught my eye. The delicate texture, the vibrant colors, and the repetition of the desserts stretching into the background created an image that felt both artistic and luxurious.
